Frequently Asked Questions Q: Do you hold vehicle auctions? Bill's Towing holds a regular auction every other Tuesday at 11:00 am. Sign-in is at 10:30am. There is a $5 registration fee for anyone who wants to bid on a vehicle. All vehicles are sold AS/IS. There is no warranty and no return. All sales are final. We accept Cash, Visa or Mastercard. No checks!
